It was a good thing this newly minted youngster paused momentarily for a leg and wing stretch or I wouldn't have got a shot to post. After its pause, this little fella started walking and bobbing straight for me at such a quick pace that I had no time to widen out the field of view to catch its whole body in sharp detail. They're supposed to walk away from you, not towards you!

The nosy, noisy, always freaked out, 'block watch' Kildeers (they should be called Killjoys) rattled my new young friend to such a degree that the youngster avoided my company for the rest of the day.
