A Sailing Boat in The Sky by Quentin Blake ⛵

Written with the help of ideas from French-speaking children across the world, this story follows Isobel and Nicholas who find an unusual boat with wheels on the beach. They rebuild it, and just as the wind catches the sail, they rescue Simona, a stork with a damaged wing. From the sky they can see lots of people who need rescuing from horrible situations - from bullies, polluted cities and even a war. The boat is soon full and when they land, they break it up to make what they need on shore. But an even bigger boat is built, with new wood and a beautiful patchwork sail, ready to take them anywhere.
