PEÑALBA DE LA SIERRA, GUADALAJARA 0281 16-11-2019

            Peñalba de la Sierra es una pedanía española del municipio de El Cardoso de la Sierra, situado en la sierra de Ayllón, al noroeste de la provincia de Guadalajara. con una poblacion de 4 habitantes
tiene un edificio histórico-artístico que es una  austera iglesia. El gran atractivo de la localidad es el entorno y la oruralidad de su núcleo.Un monumento es la estatua de san tragazan que fue hecha en honor al patron de la hiruela Su entorno es de montaña, con mucha vegetación y fauna, en torno al río Jaramilla y al arroyo de Cañamar, donde se encuentra la cascada del Cañamar.
