Joy and Jiaozi (11) - a photo on Flickriver

            Friends came around to watch a couple of movies with us - and as we watched we turned a pound of pork mince (mixed with soy sauce, salt, celery, rice wine) into delicious Chinese dumplings - jaozi. Most we froze, but we certainly ate our fill through the evening, also.
