Je sais, c'est assez gore. Mais j'ai bien ris sur le coup.
Cela me permet d'aborder un point important à mes yeux : je trouve que nous sommes, nous, Français, généralement et relativement bon en bouffe. En l'occurrence, la pâtisserie est chez nous assez variée, subtile, authentique... Ce long séjour en Italie m'a d'ailleurs fait prendre conscience de la chance que nous avions. Les croissants italiens fourrés à la crème, confiture ou... nutella, sont particulièrement écoeurants, voire indigestes après 20 jours de ce régime quasi quotidien. Je rêvais parfois d'un vrai croissant croustillant dessus et à la fois aéré et moelleux dedans, d'une brioche légère, d'une simple tarte, d'un choux à la crème, d'un opéra, d'un flan, bref... Par contre, je l'avoue, je raffole de leur glace onctueuse aux délicieux parfums ou bien encore de leurs granités, tout particulièrement sous un soleil de plomb.
En y réfléchissant bien, ce piaf a peut-être fait une overdose de glace, il me semble que les dents du fond baignent... (voir "Le sens de la vie" par les Monty Python)
