Bonaparte's Gulls 19-1014-0961 - a photo on Flickriver

            It was quite an awesome sight to see. I was on the beach by the Englishman River estuary in Parksville, BC, Canada, when a few thousand Bonaparte's Gulls started arriving in groups of 10 or 20. It took more 10 minutes for them all to arrive. Like a net they formed a blockade across the mouth of the river.
