Roccapina - a photo on Flickriver

Roccapina

Dominant la baie de Roccapina, à l'extrême sud de la Corse, voici le rocher du lion, surnommé ainsi en raison de sa forme caractéristique, plus évidente lorsque qu'on le voit depuis la route côtière. Je l'ai photographié ici depuis la tour génoise qui lui fait face, et qui domine les 2 plages de Roccapina (www.flickr.com/photos/dbrothier/52146748829/) et d'Erbaju (www.flickr.com/photos/dbrothier/52199624382/)

Dominating the bay of Roccapina, in the extreme south of Corsica, here is the rock of the lion, so nicknamed because of its characteristic shape, which is more obvious when seen from the coastal road. I photographed it here from the Genoese tower which faces it, and which dominates the 2 beaches of Roccapina (www.flickr.com/photos/dbrothier/52146748829/) and Erbaju (www.flickr.com/photos/dbrothier/52199624382/)
