The Business End, Saturn V - a photo on Flickriver

The first stage of NASA's Saturn V moon rocket was powered by 5 Rocketdyne F-1 engines burning a mixture of kerosene and liquid oxygen to produce a combined 7.6 million pounds of thrust over the first 61km of the ascent.
