SD40-2 8849 At Fairfield - a photo on Flickriver

            Stopped along the Hanover Subdivision near Fairfield, SD40-2 8849 leads the local freight extra D795-16. The crew has reached the end of their track warrant authority and now waits for a track inspector ahead to "release more railroad" so the train can continue it's westbound move to Hagerstown Yard. 8849 was built by EMD in July 1979 for Conrail carrying road number 6489 originally.
