Moonrise over Peacham, Vermont - a photo on Flickriver

            It's blue hour in the rural town of Peacham, Vermont, as the moon rises over the distant White Mountains of New Hampshire. In September 2005, Peacham was designated "Best New England Village" by Yankee Magazine. 

The farm, red barn, and church depicted here are located next to the center of town, which also includes the Peacham General Store, the Peacham Cafe, as well as a library and fire station. The population of the town is approximately 715 as of the last census.
