            I am normally against scanning black & white film in color but sometimes one has to break one's own silly principles.

Nothing much going on here in terms of subject or composition. In fact, this shot is rather mundane. I'd go ahead and call it crappy. But...what made it interesting is that this roll of film was processed in a soup of Ilford LC29 that's been sitting too long unused on the shelf. It's color has turned yellowish and I think it's been oxidized due to contact with light & oxygen. Those Ilford bottles are notoriously not air tight. I went ahead and mixed up a batch of developer working solution from that bottle of LC29, and proceeded to develop this film in it. When it came out of the tank at the end of the process, the entire roll was kinda slimy and looks severely under-developed, the developer must have been very weak. However, all was not lost, as there was this interesting yellowish tint on the negatives, almost like it's been toned.

I then scanned it in color. This is what I got. That bottle of LC29 then went down the drain.
