Brighter days lie ahead, life is too short to dwell on the past. People say things are far from perfect right now, but how can we really know what perfect is? Is it perceived from events in our past? I truly believe from our darkest days rises greatness, if you let it.

Live, love and laugh each and every day like it's your last. How would you act if today was your last? Would you get caught up in all the "doom and gloom" around us, or would you focus on the things in life that really matter?

I feel selfish focusing on negatives while knowing that my life is still better than most in this world.. how could we be so shallow?
