Attention too all those who are near and around the San Diego county area who desire to get together late at night for a star party and to make some awesome star trails!

One of my good Flickr contacts and I are going to have a star party, some time around the end of March, are trying to get a few folks together who want to go out to the mountains or the desert to have a hand at shooting star trails like this. Except better! Because it wont be from my back yard where the foreground is LAME! It will be fun and exciting!

DanB is a fantastic photographer that goes out and gets star trails from some awesome locations! I asked him if he was interested in putting together a star party with me and he was totally up for it! As a matter of fact, he is the one who is putting together ideas for locations.

There are MANY reasons I can think of WHY do this as a group.

1) Get to meet others
2) Going out alone is creepy!
3) For those who want to learn HOW, there are a few of us who are more then willing to help!
4) For those who want to teach, I am sure you can find someone who wants to learn!

With my Samyang 14mm prime lens.
