M45 - The Pleiades Cluster - a photo on Flickriver

            The Pleiades, also known as M45, the Seven Sisters or Subaru (Japan), is an open star cluster dominated by hot blue and extremely luminous stars that have formed within the last 100 million years. It is among the nearest star clusters to Earth and is the cluster most obvious to the naked eye in the night sky. The dust surrounding the stars that forms a blue  reflection nebula around the brightest stars.

I didn't have a chance to actually shoot this target this year. However, this didn't stop me from digging through my archives to dig out the source material from 3 previous great sessions from 2016, 2017, and 2018. Now that I have the tools and know-how, I managed to stack all said data into this new image for a total of 203 minutes of integration time. All sessions were shot with the same telescope, but were shot with different cameras.
