Travelling Memories : Inside The Louvre, Paris 2019

            While pretty much rooted to home in another lockdown I thought I'd root through my previous holiday photos and post some that haven't seen the light of day on Flickr before.

Like some James Bond Villains lair the 'new' (1989) entrance to the Louvre art gallery, under I M Pei's Pyramid, is as impressive inside as it is from the outside. Most people descend by escalators but you can come down by this spiral staircase or via this amazing descending lift shaft if you are mobility iimpaired. Taken on a trip to Paris in 2019.
