I C U (Thanks, 18-200mm VR) - a photo on Flickriver

Porsche 911 Turbo spotted somewhere in Beverly Hills, LA. Note the driver is looking straight at me. Much as I was scared of shooting people outside cars, I shot like a mad man when I saw funky cars and got all sorts of expressions from the drivers :-)

Shooting moving cars on the street from inside your own moving car feels so much like hunting (not that I've gone hunting myself, but I can extrapolate from FPS gaming experience ;-)). I must say that a lot of these shots would've turned out bad or been missed if I didn't have the 18-200mm VR with me. The combination of 11x zoom, light weight and VR make this lens a real fun companion.

OSP: The original was badly washed out, so this called for some aggressive black-point and white-point setting in UFraw. I also altered WB by selecting a grey spot from the tail light of the vehicle in the background.
