Interprétation (très) libre de l'architecture du Concertgebouw Brugge, Bruges, Flandre Occidentale, Belgique

            Depuis son ouverture en 2002, le Concertgebouw est devenu une icône à Bruges et l’un des 1 001 bâtiments au monde « à voir avant de mourir ». Sa célèbre architecture, sa fantastique acoustique, sa collection d'œuvres d’art et son programme en font le lieu de rencontre bouillonnant de plus de 150 000 visiteurs chaque année. 
Le Concertgebouw Brugge a été conçu par les architectes belges Paul Robbrecht en Hilde Daem. Grâce aux façades en terre cuite du bâtiment,  les architectes ont merveilleusement réussi à faire le lien entre cette perle de l’architecture moderne et le centre historique de Bruges. Concertgebouw abrite aussi une collection d’art contemporain intéressante.

Since its opening in 2002, the Concertgebouw has become an icon in Bruges and one of the 1,001 buildings in the world “to see before you die”. Its famous architecture, fantastic acoustics, art collection and program make it a bustling meeting place for over 150,000 visitors each year.
The Concertgebouw Brugge was designed by Belgian architects Paul Robbrecht en Hilde Daem. Thanks to the terracotta facades of the building, the architects have marvelously succeeded in making the link between this pearl of modern architecture and the historic center of Bruges. Concertgebouw also houses an interesting collection of contemporary art.
