Swallow-tailed Manakin - a photo on Flickriver

            photographed from a path in an area of dense jungle in Iguazu National Park, Misiones, Argentina

also called Blue Manakin, it lives in lower growth of humid forest , woodland and forest edges in southeast Brazil, northeast Argentina and east Paraguay 
The leks are spectacular with typically 2 males displaying together, cartwheeling around each other
