            This is the Slavonian Grebe currently at Tongwell Lake. (Only one bird - 4 poses)
It was snowing pretty hard this morning. Photographed from my car parked on Wedgewood Avenue.Pretty distant - hence low quality. 420mm with 2x Jessops converter
(btw MKF it's not a duck).
