Seawolf Park in Galveston, Texas - a photo on Flickriver

            This is from Seawolf Park in Galveston. Being an ex sailor, this sparked a lot of memories from my Navy days. 
Spring break is coming up and my daughter, the one who has the special needs boy, wanted to take her son on a short vacation. I was going to spring for a hotel on South Padre Island in the same hotel I stayed in for 80 a night during off season is now 300 a night. I had to re-think my plan. Finally found out it was much cheaper to get a hotel on the mainland side of the bridge for a 100 a night and she can just catch a cab over the bridge.
