Ein weiteres Familienfoto von Onkel Karl, Tante Josefine und den Kindern Hans, Karl und Hilde. Sicherlich am selben Tag wie die Fotografie 15 aufgenommen. Alle Personen tragen die selbe Kleidung. Jedoch viel gelacht wird nicht.

Somit könnte auch hier die Motivation für die Aufnahme im Festhalten des Zusammenseins der engsten Familie im Angesicht einer längeren räumlichen Trennung zu finden sein.

Als Hintergrund wurde diesmal die Gerberei ausgewählt, die auch im Foto 9 zu sehen ist. Hinter der Familie türmt sich ein scheinbar mannshoher Hügel von Holz- oder Rindenschnitzel auf, die wahrscheinlich für das Gerben verwendet werden.
