Keighley Camera Centre, the Polaroid Swinger Camera in 1965

            A shop window display for the launch of the Polaroid Swinger in 1965 in the Keighley Camera Centre, 40 Cavendish Street. I worked there between 1962 and 1967. The Swinger was a very important camera for Polaroid as it turned out to be a massive seller worldwide. And only £9.19s.6d - what a bargain!!!!
Also in the window are cameras by Canon, Kodak, Voigtlander and Agfa. Also seen on the right is a Canon Dial 35, a half-frame camera which was not very popular.
The photo taken with a Pentax Spotmatic fitted with an Auto-Takumar f3.5 35mm lens. A lovely combination.
I was using Kodak Tri-X film, pretty fast for its day at 400 ASA.
