Gurnee officer explains to the Redflex man that photography is legal

            The Gurnee officer was very professional and did not even ask for identification.  He fully understood that everything I was doing was legal.  He just had to explain it to the Redflex man.  I find it interesting that Redflex cameras take millions of pictures of unsuspecting motorists ever day, yet he called the police when I took pictures of him.
