RUWISP 2347 - a photo on Flickriver

RUWISP 2347

            Rufous-winged Sparrow, Peucaea carpalis, 5.75 in / 14.61 cm. UNCOMMON and local in flat, low mesquite grasslands with sparse vegetation and some cactus. Seem to be more numerous in this area this winter. 

Clarks Crossing, Juan Bautista De Anza National Historic Trail, Carmen, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA.
