Lesser Kestrel - Faucon crécerellette

I tried in vain to take a kestrel in photo for years, in France; These are very fierce birds that you see at the roadside but that runs away as soon as you slow down your vehicle. As for the approach on foot it is downright not possible.
In Morocco, at the end of May, it was just the period when farmers baled the straw that remained after the wheat harvest. This year, harvests were exceptional in Morocco because there was a lot of rain just after sowing. I was observing a machine that picked up this straw when I noticed that several lesser kestrels were hovering just above, hoping to catch the mice or lizards fleeing laterally to avoid being crushed .
I was able to approach them as I never could.
So I was able to make a great number of magnificent shots.

J'ai vainement tenté de prendre un faucon crécerelle en photo depuis des années, en France; ce sont des oiseaux très farouches que l'on aperçoit au bord des routes mais qui s'enfuie dès que vous ralentissez votre véhicule. Quant à l'approche à pied elle n'est carrément pas possible.
Au Maroc, fin mai, c'était tout juste la période où les agriculteurs mettent en balles la paille qui demeure après les moissons du blé. Cette année, les récoltes ont été exceptionnelles au Maroc car il y a eu beaucoup de pluie juste après les semailles. J'étais en train d'observer une machine qui ramassait cette paille quand je me suis aperçu que plusieurs faucons crécerellettes faisaient un vol stationnaire juste au dessus, espérant très certainement pouvoir attraper les mulots ou les lézards qui fuyaient latéralement pour éviter d'être écrabouillés.
J'ai ainsi pu les approcher comme je ne je n'avais jamais pu le faire.
J'ai donc pu réaliser une grande quantité de clichés que je trouve magnifiques.
