The new girl in town: Malia... - a photo on Flickriver

            ...yes, named after that Malia. :)
The new Look Barbie reminds me a bit of the former first couple's older daughter, and every new doll to my collection needs his/her own name to stand out. 

Her body is a little bit peculiar to me -- I like the proportions in that they seem a bit more realistic but for some reason, her head has very little flexibility for posing (she couldn't dare look at her plate while eating, for example!), so she may eventually have to be rebodied, but for now, I'll take her actually arriving on a pivotal body.
