            This guy was something else. This is on the Highway 17 Express bus at San Jose Diridon Station in San Jose California.

The policy for this bus is that when the bike racks are full, the bus driver can allow one more cyclist to sit in this seat while holding his bike. The bus driver kindly asked this gentleman to move to another seat (of which there were several available), but the passenger had a major chip on his shoulder and refused to budge.

He's probably old enough to remember the time of Rosa Parks and probably experienced Jim Crow himself, so I can understand his reaction. He grumbled about civil rights and being forced to move to another seat for a white man and so forth. Finally, another Brother intervened and got this passenger to move to another seat.
