            Willemstad is een vestingstad in de gemeente Moerdijk, in de Nederlandse provincie Noord-Brabant. Willemstad ligt waar Volkerak en Hollandsch Diep elkaar ontmoeten.
De oorspronkelijke naam van Willemstad is Ruigenhil. Vanaf 1584 werd de naam Willemstad gehanteerd, ter ere van de in dat jaar vermoorde Willem van Oranje.
