Purple Pleasers and Pleasant Peasant

            As 70's as it gets: Teresa (standing) is in 1972's Pleasant Peasant. Yes, an outfit that consists of a burlap skirt with ric rac paired with a nylon orange top lined with heavy macrame' sure nails this period. Missing are the espadrilles (sigh). Meanwhile Christie is wearing Purple Pleasers. The elastic on her skirt broke so I had her sitting down. Harley Davidson Ken (foreground) is in 1970's Bold Gold, while "Rhett Butler" Ken is in one of the more faddish Best-Buys from 1973. The furniture is Barbie's Superstar line, but it's European. The bookshelf is from Etsy. I did the "art" on the wall many years ago.
