Time goes by so slowly - a photo on Flickriver

            Hello amazing people! 
Today is an orange day at Color My world Daily and “time” is the theme at Crazy Tuesday. And of course, we have Borys, the teddy bear with us to celebrate with all the awesome participants of Happy Teddy Bear Tuesday.

As you all know by now, Borys is in lockdown since like forever…. Like the majority of us, he has become in inmate in his own home. He did all kinds of activity in the first week of the lockdown. He did crafts and arts, cooking, cutting his own hair, getting rid of useless stuff (although not as much as he should, he is a hoarder too, just like me). He did some baking, crocheting, trying to learn Spanish, growing vegetables from his kitchen scraps (and it works very well especially with lettuce and celery !!). He was reading like a maniac… he even read all his National Geographic issues from the 1980. He did soooooo many DIY tutorials on YouTube; his house is full of miniatures, drawings, paintings and all kinds of artsy stuff he made all by himself. He even repainted his whole apartment. Borys even invented his own drink; gin & tonic with some pear juice. He called it : BorPearGin and it is quite delicious…

But honestly after few weeks, beside getting fatter and fatter nothing new was going on. Borys was ready for the lockdown to be over. He was ecstatic when he heard on the news that the wait was almost over. He didn’t want to miss the unlockdown !! So, he set all his travel clocks (yes, he has a collection of travel clocks from the 1950) for the “H” hour… and then he started to wait, on the top of his favorite clock… and the wait was very, very long. All of the sudden the time was sooooo long…As Madonna (the Pop Queen) said once in one of her great songs: “Time goes by so slowly for those who wait” … 
And that was exactly what was happening. Waiting for the time to pass was very time consuming… so Borys had a few BorPearGin just to pass the time…. And of course, he fell asleep… But don’t worry the unlockdown will take very long time... so Borys can sleep for now…

Unfortunately for me, I can't sleep late because I have a video meeting to jump start another fabulous day in lockdown!!
