La chiesa di San Martino si trova nel capoluogo di Arnad-Le-Vieux.
L’edificio attuale ha una pianta ad andamento trapezoidale con tre navate, che conservano una copertura costituita da volte gotiche a crociera a sesto acuto ribassato. I pilastri a pianta quadrata sostengono grandi archi che si appoggiano su capitelli.
La facciata presenta un portale centrale in tufo del XV sec., decorato con un arco carenato che raffigura due tronchi d’albero intrecciati e sormontato da un rosone.
Le finestre sono costituite da slanciate monofore.
Il campanile, a pianta quadrata presenta un’alta cuspide piramidale.
Il sottotetto della navata sinistra è decorato con affreschi tardo-gotici; tra i soggetti rappresentati sono riconoscibili “San Giorgio che combatte il drago”, il “Banchetto di Erode”, una “Crocifissione” e la “Decollazione del Battista”.
Il museo parrocchiale conserva alcuni interessanti oggetti sacri.
