Waterfront - a photo on Flickriver

Waterfront

A train of buildings defines the waterfront of the Java-Eiland in the Eastern Docklands area of Amsterdam. A succesful urban renewal project from the 1990's. On the left-hand side the Jan Schaeffer Bridge is visible.

This photo was created from 18 individual photos, taken in 2011, along the Veemkade on the opposite side of the water. The panorama software I used at that time was not capable of successfully stitching these photos, but Photoshop 2019 finally did the job. And Topaz labs noise and sharpness filters did some additional magic here.

Original photos were taken using an Olympus PEN E-PL1 camera and Fujinon 55mm legacy lens.
