Culzean Castle, Maybole, Ayrshire, May 2023

            This was new territory for me I had not been here before. Once again I had the company of my Sister. We paid £20 for entrance to the castle and the grounds which are extensive. We were offered a tour but we preferred to go round ourselves. The castle/mansion house was designed by Robert Adam. It was once the home of David Kennedy, 10th Earl of Cassils and it is well seen he was a very wealthy individual. I was allowed to take pictures inside I will post some tomorrow.
