as the day breaks, after the rain! - a photo on Flickriver

            for the past weeks we been having an every day changing weather. Some days are foggy, cloudy and some clear. This day i headed to my favorite spot to view the city. I was surprise that it was foggy and cloudy and that the same time it was a sunny morning.  So to get this look, I used the neutral density and the polarized filters together.
