🇪🇸 Iglesia de San Simón y San Judas Tadeo

La iglesia rústica de San Simón de Las Médulas (Carucedo) que tiene una espadaña que se codea con los picos ocres de las montañas. Si se pasea un poco se puede ver la Iglesia de San Simón y San Judas, que tiene las características de la zona: pequeña y con planta en cruz latina, cuya fachada del “falso ábside” es de piedra y sirve para formar la espadaña que sustenta las campanas.

The rustic church of San Simón de Las Médulas (Carucedo) that has a belfry that rubs shoulders with the ocher peaks of the mountains. If you walk a bit you can see the Church of San Simón y San Judas, which has the characteristics of the area: small and with a Latin cross plan, whose façade of the "false apse" is made of stone and serves to form the belfry that sustain the bells.
