🇲🇦 Muralla de Tánger/Tangier wall

Tánger es un puerto marroquí en el estrecho de Gibraltar que ha tenido una importancia estratégica entre África y Europa desde la época de los fenicios. Su medina encalada en la laderas de los cerros alberga el palacio Dar el Makhzen de los sultanes, que funciona como museo de artefactos marroquíes. El Museo del Consulado Estadounidense, también en la medina, documenta las primeras relaciones diplomáticas entre los Estados Unidos y Marruecos en un antiguo consulado de estilo morisco de 1821.

Tangier is a Moroccan port on the Strait of Gibraltar that has been strategically important between Africa and Europe since the time of the Phoenicians. Its whitewashed medina on the slopes of the hills houses the Dar el Makhzen palace of the sultans, which functions as a museum of Moroccan artifacts. The American Consulate Museum, also in the medina, documents the first diplomatic relations between the United States and Morocco in a former Moorish-style consulate from 1821.
