Abandoned Abused Street Dogs.

One minute he was there,
now this isn't fair.
Looked hi an low,
where he went
I do not know.

A little game I play with all the dogs.
Hide-an-Seek, keeps-em on their toes.

OK.
This is how it went down starting early morning.

I'm laying in bed minding my own business when
all the sudden I hear an all to familiar sound right
next to my head.. A soft, plop plop .. I didn't dare
move, eyes were kept shut too.The suspense was
intense but, finally one eye opened. Staring right in
the face was, drum roll please ... Mr Boney Baloney.
Mr Funny Bone himself pushing his head down hard
between his paws while showing the whites of his eyes.
He is so close he could lick my face without having 2 move.
Now at the same time my one eye opens a loud yawning starts
from the end of the bed. Pumpkin The Bumpkin starts right in with
her usual good morning. At the same time her tail starts slapping the
tile floor. Table lamp is turned on, the cell phone clock says 4:37AM.
"Boney you pinhead I could've slept for three more minutes"

Guess it doesn't matter now cuz WeeNee BeeNee
The Giant Pig Man has his eyes open as well.
What your witnessing here is a K9 Coup'.
A New World Order has taken over !
This could be the worst thing ever.
So, I got up and let them out ;-)

Maybe I could start some kind of # group movement ?
#petownersmanipulatedbytheirpets.
#elderlyabusedbytheirpets.
How about a class action law
suit to get their attention ?
Anyway, just say-in ;-)

At the same time I'm flying around our small house
gathering everything that has been prepacked
and ready to go. Just seconds before 5:AM
the bike is packed and I'm on the road
heading in an easterly direction.

Not to much drama on the roads today.
Nothing more then the usual same same.
Stopped at the last gas station and put in
60 baht = $ 2 bucks = 2 liters. Continued on
in an easterly direction towards Cambodia !
At the designated spot I left the busy highway
and reentered the heavy jungle. Leaning left an
right the narrow roads were maneuvered with ease.

Looking up at the horizon there was a thin sliver of red.
Perfect timing I'll be at The Dog Palace in about 15 minutes.

Worked my way through the many pot-holes leading up to
the gate at The Dog Palace, I expected to see Mama/Rocky.
Dismounted and started to unpack all the stuff for the dogs.
Surprised Mama & Rocky haven't arrived as they usually do.
There was some real serious barking coming from their area.
Not dog fighting barking, more like protection kind of barking.

This left me with Molly and Blondie who were very excited.
Opened The Bingo Room and started laying out all the stuff.
Loaded The Tube, checked the camera settings twice then
did a look-see if Mama & Rocky had mysteriously arrived ?
They had not, so the first feeding of Molly/Blondie happened.
Mr Little Larry was not around. Now it's time to start my chores.
While crossing The Broken Concrete Walking Bridge guess who
shows up all wiggly and excited ? That's right, The Royal Family.

Little Mickey met us on the way to the nuns place where
I could feel some kind of energy floating around in the air.
Did the hand off of a small bag with coffee, tea and soap.
Didn't stay long and Mickey, Mama, and Rocky are headed
towards The Spirit House with me on the scoop. Monkeys
were harassed all the way there. Dogs are ready to rumble.

The same same monkey battle took place for an hour.
Dogs had their fill of hot-dog and kibble for a warmup.
Little Mickey peeled off as we passed the nuns place.
Rocky & Mama escorted me to the boundary line
with The Hooligans sacred grounds. Mr Ed got
his usual rations of sweet apples and carrots.
DJ, 2-Tone, Angel Eyes and Mr Boo Boo
were all cared for. Guppies were fed.
Miss Gibbon became a problem.
She's on hold for now.

On the way back to The Dog Palace I hid from Mama.
She doesn't like it when I do this hide-an-seek game.
And that's the point. If ya don't like it then you have
to pay much closer attention to my where-a-bouts.

Rocky was waiting for us at The Dog Palace.
Molly, Blondie and Mr Little Larry had vanished.
No Big Deal cuz I planned to circle back around
for a second feeding anyway. Bike is reloaded
and along with The Royal Family we return to
the nuns. Bucket of fresh dog water is set out.
I sit on the steps and start brushing while the
dogs drink up my bath water. All the sudden
all the dogs explode and race to the base of
the steep cliff behind the nuns bungalows.
This is huge boulders and thick jungle going
almost straight up. You can see where it has
recently been cleared about 10 meters up.

Nurse nun starts right in with hand signals
and tinglish. Didn't take but a few seconds
to understand the message. 4 meter long
python comes down an grabs monkeys
then drags them up to it's cave in the cliff.
Now this explains all the serious barking
that took place this morning causing Mama
and Rocky to be MIA at The Dog Palace ;-)~

After the dust had settled the brushing was
finished then my bath took place. Mounted
the scooter and left circling back through
the west-side entrance then quietly into
the courtyard at The Dog Palace. Molly
starts right in talking from the top roof.
With another bag of goodies I too
arrived on the roof to find Molly,
Blondie and Mr Little Larry.

IMO, Mr Little Larry doesn't look better.
He goes back into the dog clinic the 14th.
Tomorrow is the 11th, #1 wife will go with me.

At this point my body is fading fast, way to fast.
Took off for home knowing this is going to be
a long ride, a very log ride. Upon my arrival
the same three dogs that attempted a K9
coup' this morning where going bananas.
My legs felt like rubber, as did my arms.
No# 1 saw this and came running to
help. She took me right into the
shower, dried me off then right
into bed. Placed a handful of
meds in my mouth and said
breakfast will be ready
whenever you are.

Now picture this if you will -

A large Dodo bird wearing roller-skates on a frozen
lake while juggling 6 chainsaws and a Rubik's Cube.
Well ok it was only 5 chainsaws and a Rubik's Cube.
That's what poor no# 1 saw upon my landing here.
Kinda funny if ya think about it. U-tube material;-)~

9PM right now, little late getting this uploaded.
But the jungle news must get through while
it's still fresh and current. There ya go, enjoy.

ps:
No#1 told me a story from the nuns.
They said the big lizards come around
trying to grab the dogs at night. Safety
in numbers. The python grabs monkeys.

Another small slice of life in the jungles ;-)
