Wild Dog Pack 1

            For World Wildlife Day

One of the highlights of my trip to Botswana in 2016 was watching a pack of Wild Dogs in early evening prepare to go hunting. This is the Alpha male looking very alert. The Alpha male & female are the only ones in a pack to breed. They also lead the hunt, all pack members being subordinate to them.
