Although I never worked for Conrail, and it's been gone for almost 19 years, I still miss Big Blue. Conrail was an impressive operation who's culture was to move lots of high priority traffic, and move it fast, with great employees moving it. In shot #2 of the chase that day, NS 8098, the Conrail Heritage Unit heads up empty well car train 23Q flying west on NS' ex-NKP Fostoria District just into Indiana.

NS 8098 is an ES44AC, and was built by GE for NS in February of 2012 as one of their original heritage units.
