MAKING IT UP AS YOU GO ALONG - a photo on Flickriver

            40143 is the correct identification with thanks to Nick Allsop!
The working is the 6V93 Moss End Yard to Severn Tunnel speedlink on 28-8-84 [with thanks to Keith Davies]

This is another negative purchased from ebay and taken by a local Salop photographer. Part of my collection.
The details provided are almost certainly wrong 40135 leaving Shrewsbury on 6-8-81.
So over to you folks!
There are indications of some damage to the left of the windscreen and I am undecided as to whether this is real damage or a blemish on the neg. I have a feeling this is a loco in the 4014x loco but as usual wait to be corrected.
