Rainy Day in College Park East - a photo on Flickriver

            Circa 1973. My apologies for the blurry handheld shot on a dark day from a moving car. On such a day, my friends and I head off to the beachside parking lot at Seal Beach. That's the Chevrolet Vega GT that belonged to my best friend. I was riding along in another good friend's Porsche 356C shown in the photo below. Photo above was taken on Elder Avenue heading NW to Ironwood Avenue, College Park East in Seal Beach.

We figured that no one would be visiting the beach in weather like this, so we had other ideas. See photos in Comments section below.

The first house on the left, the one with the balcony is most likely 4252 Elder. The single story home next to it, 4244. The two story light colored one with dark trim near the right margin appears to be 4228.
