Kokajo Maine near Geenville Maine - a photo on Flickriver

            Dionepsoc from Flickr and I visited Moosehead Lake over 50 years ago. When he heard my wife and I were going back, he asked if we could drive to Kokadjo and see if the "This is Gods Country....." sign was still there. The original sign was either replaced or refurbished as an Eagle Scout project. Kokadjo is even more deserted than it was 50 years ago. I'm glad we went though because this is the first time I ever saw a moose in Maine (3 trips there!!)
