Captrain 187 011 bij Mehringen op 19-11-2022

            Op zaterdag 19 november 2022 werd weer prachtig weer voorspeld en daarom werd toch nog een keer, nu de dagen toch echt kort(er) worden, het spoor opgezocht. Er werd weer een dubbel Twente-Duitsland gedaan. Toen ik vanuit het noorden richten het oosten reed, was het de hele reis spannend waar ik qua weer uit zou komen. Ik kwam net aan de goede kant van het wolkendek uit en kon zodoende direct bij de eerste stek al wat platen schieten.

Op de tweede stek in Wierden werden twee cargo's gepakt. Na een melding van een spotter vanuit Duitsland werd er naar Mehringen aan de Emslandstrecke gereden. De laatste tijd loopt het daar 's middags vaak lekker en de laatste weken zijn de herfstkleuren er ook mooi.

Op de Emslandstrecke is normalter geen grote drukte qua cargo op zaterdag, maar om de stilte wat te doorbreken rijdt er een ICE vanuit Norddeich Mole richting zuiden. Een interessante verschijning op de Emslandstrecke. Overigens reed er toch nog wat cargo op zaterdag waaronder een goederentrein met een fraaie ITL 187.

Hier zien we de Captrain 187 011 met een slecht beladen containertrein richting zuiden langs een herfstig Mehringen rijden op 19-11-2022.
