            Aldeyjarfoss waterfall.
A jewel among the Icelandic waterfalls. The turquoise colored glacial river finding its way through the lava fields of the highlands of Iceland floating between columnar hexagonal basalt rocks creating a magical atmosphere. The regular hexagonal rocks were formed by volcanic activity. The waterfall has a drop of 20 meters.
