A bit of sun and snow - a photo on Flickriver

After a few 'nearly but not quite' efforts there was a decent covering of snow this week, and it hung around long enough for a few pictures during my daily exercise.

With the lockdown timetable, there is currently only one train per hour in each direction on the route. Here 156440 passes Ryton boathouse with the 2N17 1223 Newcastle to Carlisle service.
