            Crashing Waves at Pere Marquette 

One of my favorite photos of 2018.  I am not sure where to start with photos from this weekend in northwest Michigan with Jamie MacDonald on his workshop. We began the day with sunrise at Little Sable Point and ending here at Pere Marquette in Muskegon, MIchigan. I have many photos to process, but I will start with this amazing scene from last evening which I captured just after arriving at the park. I was mounting my camera on the tripod at a picnic table when I saw this spectacular site and fired off a few shots. What started like this ended with an epic sunset that with a fiery sky backlighting this light.
