Stormbringer - a photo on Flickriver

Stormbringer

            Iowa Interstate 6988 is on layover at the Chillicothe depot between its second and third excursion trips as a shelf cloud foretelling of torrential rains and more flooding moves into the area.  While there would be some thunder and lightning associated with this storm, the biggest bolt of the day still belonged to the "Iowa Bolt."
