Selkirk - a photo on Flickriver

Selkirk

            Today was the first outing with my new (to me) Leica M-E. For most of the day the weather was very dull but the sun came out for a short time when I got to Selkirk so I got a few shots. I shot these as jpegs as I have no idea how to process raw images. The person who sold me the camera recommended Lightroom as the best bet for processing the Leica DNGs so I am watching ebay for anything suitable. Most folk seem to think it is a waste of time shooting jpegs with the Leica as they're not up to scratch but I don't think these are too bad. 
This picture was taken using the Voigtlander 15mm lens. Unfortunately I had forgotten the viewfinder so it was a bit hit and miss. At least with digital you have a quick review to see what you've got.
