Technical issue or policy change? - a photo on Flickriver

Recent fluctuations in the exchange rate GBP to USD by day varied over the last month from 1.29 to a high of 1.33. This is much less variation than the difference between USD5.00 and GBP2.00 per swatch. [USD5.00 would be worth GBP3.82; and GBP2.00 would be worth USD2.62 (@ the exchange rate of 1.31 - the mid point for the range shown in the pic)].

This does not explain why one of the swatches shown is being charged at the rate of $6.00 while the other two are both GBP2.00? It looks like there might be more to this variable pricing and no longer are all swatches created equal - but I must have missed the official announcement of this! Perhaps you did too?
