Location: Peninsular Malaysia
Toxicity: Mildly venomous
Length: 1.7-1.8 m
Behavior: Can be aggressive if provoked (stressed) but will calm down after a while.

Weinell et al., (2020) revised/elevated the name of this species to Boiga melanota.
